The admission requirements for the Ph.D. Program in Information Technology at Carleton University are an online application and a non-refundable application fee of $110, a master’s degree in a related discipline, the ability to work in multidisciplinary groups, a general technology background, a copy of official transcripts from all attended post-secondary institutions, three academic references, a statement of intent, curriculum vitae, proof of strong English language proficiency, study permits, and an undergraduate degree in a related field with a GPA of 90% or higher (international applicants).
The program has a full-time duration equivalent to 5 years. Domestic students are required to pay the tuition fee amounting to $6,933.20 while international students are required to pay $16,413.20.
