The application process for the Master of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering (M. Tech in CSE) at the International Institute of Information Technology, Bangalore (IIIT-B) is as follows: applicants are required to sign up for admission, log in to the online applicant portal, fill up the required details, upload entry requirements, and pay the application fee amounting to Rs 1000 (non-refundable). The entry requirements are a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or equivalent; a copy of GATE Exam scores; other entry documents requested in the online applicant portal.
Students are required to pay a tuition fee that costs Rs 1,92,000 per semester or Rs 7,68,000 for 4 semesters. In addition, students need to pay Rs 39,000 per semester for hostel and campus facility fees, Rs 28,800 per semester for catering and food services, and Rs 2,000 per year for the insurance fee. Likewise, upon admission, students are required to pay a library deposit amounting to Rs 4,000 and a caution deposit for the hostel that costs Rs 15,000 which are refundable at the time of graduation.
