The National University of Singapore (NUS) is a comprehensive research university in Singapore, offering degree programs in a wide range of disciplines at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. It offers a global approach to education and research and plays a key role in the further development of modern technology and science. The university together with the Asian Institute of Digital Finance (AIDF), NUS School of Computing, and NUS Business School jointly offered the Master of Science in Digital Financial Technology (MSc in DFinTech) in their programs. This program will equip students with a strong foundation in cloud computing, finance, data analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI). Students can also take elective modules in addition to the core modules and can choose to do either an academic research project or a FinTech internship for the two-semester capstone project. This program optimizes learning with a customizable curriculum by choosing one of the three tracks on the elective modules specified as computing technologies, financial data analytics and intelligence, and digital financial transactions and risk management.

Throughout the course duration, students will advance their skills in FinTech innovations for customers, digital transformation at financial institutions, programming for blockchain applications, python programming, machine learning for finance, financial modeling for FinTech professionals, software development fundamentals, and data structures and algorithms. Graduates from this program will showcase their overall skills and experience that can lead to rewarding careers as AI software developers, data scientists, FinTech security specialists, financial quantitative analysts, blockchain developers, FinTech product specialists, and other professions in financial institutions or FinTech firms.
